APC Hails Tinubu as Jerry Manwe Becomes Taraba’s New Ambassador-Designate

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Taraba State has applauded President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for nominating former federal lawmaker, Hon. Jerry Manwe, as Nigeria's Ambassador-designate from the state.

In a congratulatory statement, the Taraba State APC Chairman, Hon. Ibrahim Tukur El-Sudi, Esq., described the appointment as well-deserved and a testament to Hon. Manwe's long-standing record of loyalty, competence, and service to the nation.

El-Sudi commended President Tinubu for deepening inclusion, equity, and national representation through his appointments, noting that the nomination reflects the Renewed Hope Administration's confidence in Taraba State's capacity to contribute meaningfully to Nigeria's development.

He stressed that the appointment is not only a personal achievement for Hon. Manwe, but also a strategic boost for the APC family in Taraba, further energizing the party's structure and strengthening its influence at the grassroots.

The chairman expressed confidence that Hon. Manwe would justify the trust reposed in him by using his new diplomatic position to advance Nigeria's foreign relations and promote the ideals of President Tinubu's Renewed Hope Agenda on the global stage.

El-Sudi offered prayers for divine wisdom and a successful tenure for the Ambassador-designate, describing him as "a worthy ambassador and a proud son of Taraba."

He reaffirmed the Taraba APC's unwavering support for President Tinubu's leadership and commended the administration for recognizing capable hands from the state.
