USSA LG CHAIRMAN APPROVES NEW APPOINTMENTS TO STRENGTHEN ADMINISTRATION
JALINGO, Taraba State — The Executive Chairman of Ussa Local Government Area, Hon. Abershi Musa, has approved the appointment of several individuals into key positions within the council administration as part of efforts to strengthen governance and improve service delivery.
This was contained in a statement issued by the council, which said the appointments are aimed at accelerating development across the local government area.
Among the appointments, Barrister A.D. Philip was named Special Adviser on Legal Matters.
Philip, a graduate of the University of Maiduguri where he obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree, previously served as Principal Counsel at A.D. Philip, Josiah and Associates.
The chairman also approved the appointment of several Senior Special Assistants, including Mbatenta N. Ali, Chris Arumse and Joshua Irakunyang, among others.
According to the statement, the appointments are intended to enhance administrative efficiency and ensure the effective implementation of developmental programmes in Ussa Local Government Area.
The Executive Chairman congratulated the appointees and urged them to discharge their duties with dedication, integrity and accountability.
He further called on them to demonstrate selfless service in contributing to the growth and development of the local government.
