Kurmi Students Endorse Hon. Solomon Elisha State Assembly

 The Taraba State Chapter of the Kurmi Students’ Union has endorsed Hon. Solomon Elisha for Member, House of Assembly, Kurmi Constituency, in the 2027 elections. 

Speaking in Jalingo earlier today, the Union’s President, Comr. Yiseh Kasimu, described Hon. Elisha as a competent leader, a champion of education, and a youth-friendly figure whom the students hold in high esteem. 

Comr. Kasimu highlighted several challenges facing the union, including financial constraints affecting its operations and welfare programs.

In his response, Hon. Solomon Elisha expressed gratitude for the endorsement and donated the sum of two hundred thousand naira (₦200,000) to support the union. 

He assured the students of his continued support, dedication, and commitment to an open-door policy for all students, youths, and well-meaning citizens of Kurmi Constituency.

“I want to be a servant-legislator,” Hon. Elisha said. “I’m not seeking power for its own sake; I’m seeking the opportunity to serve you better with humility, kindness, and generosity.”
