Taraba Islamic Preachers Hail Gov Kefas Over Hajj Funding

The League of Islamic Preachers in Taraba  State has commends Governor Agbu Kefas For Releasing Over Five Hundred Million For  2024 Hajj Operations, saying the group has never regretted supporting him during the last election.

 

The leader of the group Sheikh Ibrahim Abdullahi Sunkani said the Muslims in the state are properly carried along in governance and policy decisions than the previous administration.  

Taraba State government has recently announced the release of over five hundred million Naira for the 2024 Hajj operations. 

 

Sheikh Ibrahim Abdullahi Sunkani said this significant allocation reflects the government's commitment to supporting the pilgrimage activities for its citizens. 

 

"Such financial backing is crucial in facilitating a smooth and well-organized Hajj experience for the participants. The government's proactive approach in ensuring the necessary funding for such operations speaks volumes about its dedication to religious affairs and the welfare of its people. 

 

"In light of this generous gesture, we extend our gratitude and commend Dr. Agbu Kefas, Ph.D., for his leadership and vision in prioritizing the needs of the community.
