JJ Kataps Writes Gov. Ishaku over Mbamnga Chieftaincy Crisis
· Says Governor Should Obey Court Orders
Frontline labour leader and former Chairman Local Government Service Commission, Comrade Jonah Jugwan Kataps in an open letter took a swipe on Taraba State Governor Darius Dickson Ishaku over his roles in issues relating to crisis in Mbamnga Chiefdom, urging to obey court orders on the crisis.
Kataps, an elder from Mbamnga Chiefdom in the open letter sent to Taraba Truth and Facts Newspaper faulted the appointment of an Acting Mbonduah for Mbamnga, saying the law establishing Mbamnga Chiefdom has no provision for an Acting Mbonduah.
The labour leader also lamented that the Bang people who voted overwhelmingly for Governor Ishaku in 2015 and 2019 general elections has not been fairly threated by the governor after winning his re-elections in 2019.
