“I Will Perform Better” – Kabiru Badawaire Vows to Transform Taraba North

 An aspirant for the Taraba North Senatorial seat, Kabiru Bello Badawaire, has expressed strong confidence in his capacity to deliver effective representation, pledging to reposition the district for greater development and inclusiveness.

Speaking during a courtesy visit to the state leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Badawaire assured party stakeholders that Taraba North would witness a new era of purposeful representation if entrusted with the mandate.

He lamented what he described as years of limited and exclusive representation in the senatorial district, insisting that the time had come to “break the chain” and open up governance to the broader interests of the people.

According to him, his ambition is driven by a desire to ensure that the district attracts meaningful federal government presence and enjoys the true dividends of democracy.

“We will represent the people properly, give them what they truly deserve, and ensure that Taraba North rises to greater heights,” he said, while calling on stakeholders across all local government areas to rally behind his aspiration.

Badawaire, accompanied by members of his delegation, formally declared his interest during the visit to the APC State Secretariat in Jalingo. The event drew a significant number of party faithful, supporters, and key stakeholders.

Speaking on behalf of the delegation, Ahmed Yusuf Gamalayi commended the party leadership for granting them audience and reaffirmed their loyalty to the APC. He emphasized their commitment to strengthening the party and contributing to its continued growth.

Gamalayi also congratulated the state chairman on his leadership and assured him of their full support.

In his remarks, Badawaire further appealed for fairness in the party’s nomination process, urging the leadership to provide a level playing field for all aspirants.

Responding, the APC State Chairman, Abubakar Bawa, welcomed the delegation and encouraged aspirants to conduct their political engagements with responsibility and maturity.

He assured them of his neutrality, stressing that the party leadership would not be biased in handling the process. Bawa also highlighted the importance of proper APC e-registration, urging members to comply with party procedures.
