Mumuye Stakeholders In Ardo Kola Endorse Kefas, Shonruba for 2027

 

Stakeholders of the Mumuye community in ArdoKola Local Government Area of Taraba State have endorsed Governor Agbu Kefas and the member representing Ardo Kola Constituency in the State House of Assembly, Hon. Happy Joshua Shonruba, ahead of the 2027 general elections.

 

The endorsement was made during a congress held in Jalingo, organised by the Mumuye Cultural Development Association, the Mumuye Youth ArdoKola Chapter, and other stakeholders from the area.

 

Speaking on behalf of the group, the Cultural Chairman of the association in Ardo Kola, Hon. Titus Yohanna (JP), said the decision was based on the leaders' commitment to development in both the constituency and the state.

 

According to him, Hon. Shonruba has shown dedication to his constituents and demonstrated a clear vision in representing the people within his time in office.

 

He called on voters across Ardo Kola to support Governor Kefas and Hon. Shonruba in the 2027 elections to ensure continuity of ongoing development efforts.

 

Yohanna also appreciated both leaders for their contributions so far and assured them of the community's continued support.

 

Also speaking, a board member of the Taraba State Sports Council, Hon. Ramatu Samaria, expressed satisfaction with the performance of Governor Kefasand the representation by Hon. Shonruba.

 

She commended the administration for promoting inclusiveness and expanding opportunities for women, expressing optimism that more progress would be achieved if they are re-elected.

 

The congress attracted community leaders, youth groups, women representatives, and other stakeholders from across Ardo Kola Local Government Area.
