Over 90% of Taraba State University Law Graduates Pass Bar Examination

A wave of excitement has swept through Taraba State University, Jalingo, following the outstanding performance of its pioneer Law graduates in the recently released Bar Final Examination results.

The results, approved by the Council of Legal Education—the regulatory body of the Nigerian Law School—revealed that over 90% of the university's first cohort of Law graduates successfully passed the examination.

This remarkable achievement marks a significant milestone for the University's Faculty of Law. The pioneer graduates excelled despite facing a compressed academic calendar caused by a delayed admission process, which limited their time for preparation.

Dr. Daniel Saredau, a lecturer in the Faculty of Law, expressed pride in the students' performance, describing them as resilient, focused, and exceptional.

"This is a proud moment for us," Dr. Saredau said. "Despite the hurdles, our students have proven themselves. This success affirms the quality of legal education we offer and firmly places Taraba State University on the map as an emerging force in legal training, particularly within the North-East geopolitical zone."
