Hon Salama Gaya raises Labour Party's Hope in Karim Lamido 1 Constituency

 

 

Ahead of the 2023 State Assembly Legislative elections in Taraba State, the Candidate of the wave making Labour Party Hon Salama Gaya is making strong inroads in the hearts and minds of the good people of Karim Lamido 1 state Constituency.

 

The young politician who is undoubtedly blessed with the capacity of mind and the tenacity of spirit to serve, parades a strong record of philanthropic service to the people thus making him the candidate to beat in the impending Political duel.

 

The shrewd and highly calculative Political personality has continued to defy the antics of naysayers who having seen his unstoppable voyage to the State Assembly have persistently inundated the Political space with tales by moonlight regarding the genuineness of his candidacy. This is despite his confirmation by the elections management body INEC and indeed the leadership of the Labour Party both at the National and state chapter levels of the party.

Pundits in the area also say that with the imminent exit of the Jenjo born Politician,, Hon Charles Maijankai from parliament after spending 12 years at the house, it will only be fair and just if Hon Salama who hails from the karimjo tribe is considered in the interest of equity.

 

 

The youths are also of the view that the time is ripe for a youth of Hon Gaya's standing to be trusted with the position of leadership considering the monumental failure of the old breed who have nothing tangible to show for their years in office.

 

 

They say young Persons whom the likes of Hon Salama Gaya represent should be trusted with the positions of leadership so as to take their communities to the promise land.

 

 

With a strong background in the Banking Sector and the Business space where he has made a mark for himself as a holder of public of trust and a meticulous manager of Human and Material resources, Hon Gaya, a believer in youth empowerment through meaningful engagement in the society sure holds the ace in providing effective Representation to the neglected and long suffering People of Karim 1 State Constituency.

 

 

But then Political watchers say with his educational qualification coupled with his years of providing support particularly to the Youths and the elderly he stands high and shoulder above all the contestants for the Job. They also say Hon Gaya's contest is a Youths struggle for self determination as such they could make or mar it.
