Barring last minute changes, the Taraba State Governor Arch. Darius Dickson Ishaku will in coming days announced the dissolution of his cabinet, Taraba Truth and Fact exclusively gathered.

Government House sources told Taraba Truth and Facts Newspaper that many Commissioners and Special Advisers will be eased out of the cabinet during the reshuffling of cabinet members expected before the end of the month.

The source said: "The governor is discreetly doing an appraisal of all the Commissioners in term of their performances, some of them have been asked to submit performance report which the GOVERNOR is studying, it's has no political undertone. His Excellency just wants to inject some new hands in some sectors that are not doing too well," the source said.

Another source confirmed that the plan to sack some commissioners has been for quite some time, it was delayed because the government was taking time to study some developments, the governor is fully aware that some members of his cabinet are not loyal to him and his rescue mission, some of them are meeting with opposition at nights. He has all the reports but he placed their performances over politics.

A member of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP in Taraba State also confirmed the development saying the coming repositioning of political appointees is largely based decisions to get right people politically who are true ambassador of the party and government.

"Many of the appointees are not politically Influential in their area which might affect the performance of the PDP in the next election, also some of them are not truly loyal to the Governor, they are cases of some Special Advisers and Commissioners still maintaining political contacts with some disgruntled politicians who are working against the interest of the Governor and the PDP, many of them will be ease out in the proposed reshuffling.

"The Governor should bring onboard technocrats and politicians generally accepted by the people they represent in the government, most of these appointees have lost touch with their people and its painting the government in bad light.
