Ardo Kola Forum Endorses Bwacha, Tinubu for 2027

The Ardo Kola Reunion Forum has endorsed Senator Emmanuel Bwacha for governor of Taraba State and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for re-election in the 2027 general elections.

The endorsement was announced during a stakeholders’ meeting held in Ardo Kola Local Government Area, where political leaders and community stakeholders gathered to deliberate on the state’s political direction.

Chairman of the Forum, Silvernus Shawulu Ardo, urged residents of Ardo Kola and neighbouring communities to close ranks and work collectively towards electoral victory, stressing that unity remains central to the development of Taraba State.

Shawulu Ardo said the Forum’s decision was influenced by Senator Bwacha’s longstanding commitment to Ardo Kola, noting that the lawmaker has consistently demonstrated interest in the area’s growth and welfare. He added that members are confident in Bwacha’s vision and capacity to lead the state.

The Forum further called on citizens to embrace progress, stability and inclusive governance, describing Bwacha as a credible and experienced leader with the ability to deliver meaningful development.

Speaking at the event, the Youth Leader of the Bwacha Campaign Movement, Hon. Ibrahim Bambur, commended the organisers for a successful outing and described the political movement as a deliberate effort to reposition Taraba State for sustainable growth.

Also addressing participants, the Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ardo Kola, Alhaji Danjuma Likoro Sunkani, welcomed attendees and expressed satisfaction with the turnout, wishing them fruitful deliberations.

In his remarks, the Campaign Coordinator for Bwacha in Ardo Kola, Abdulsalam Adamu, called for unity across religious and ethnic lines, urging residents to work together in pursuit of lasting development and progress in the state.
