Bishop Ande Emmanuel Inducted as Spiritual Patron of Muslim-Christian Youth Forum
The Bishop of the United Methodist Church Nigeria (UMCN) Episcopal Area, Bishop Ande I. Emmanuel, has been officially inducted as Spiritual Patron of the Muslim and Christian Youth Forum.
The honour, according to the inscription on the induction citation, was conferred in recognition of his capacity to provide spiritual counsel, moral support, and guidance in advancing the forum’s vision of peaceful coexistence and national development.
The induction highlights ongoing efforts by interfaith groups to strengthen unity and promote harmony among youths across religious divides.
Reacting to the development, the United Methodist Church Nigeria Episcopal Area expressed gratitude and thanksgiving for the recognition accorded to the Bishop, describing it as a testament to his commitment to peacebuilding and moral leadership.
