National Leadership Of Heavy DutyTransporters Back Isa Nawe As Taraba Chair

 

 

The national leadership of the Heavy Duty and Haulage Association of Nigeria has confirmed Hon. Isa Nawe, popularly known as Limited, as the substantive Chairman of the association in Taraba State, putting to rest speculations about his alleged removal.

 

The National Chairman of the association, Engr. Osigbeneh Emmanuel, in a voice message circulated to members, described reports claiming that Nawe had been sacked as "fraudulent and misleading." He reaffirmed that Nawe remains the duly recognized state chairman and urged members to disregard what he termed attempts to create confusion within the union.

 

Engr. Emmanuel stressed that the national body stands firmly behind the Taraba leadership and warned against actions capable of undermining the stability of the association.

 

Reacting to the development, Hon. Isa Nawe called for calm among members across the state, assuring them of his continued dedication to effective leadership. He reiterated his commitment to strengthening the association and aligning its activities with the development agenda of Governor Agbu Kefas.

 

Nawe also announced the removal of six individuals whom he accused of parading themselves as members of the association. He listed them as Andeshatso Ira, Zakari Adamu, Mohammed Abubakar, Bala Adamu, Sani Soja, and ElizebethTijan, warning that they no longer have any authority to act on behalf of the union in Taraba State.

 

The national leadership further advised members to ignore any contrary reports and remain focused on the objectives of the association, emphasizing unity and discipline as critical to its continued growth and relevance.
