Gov Agbu Kefas Now APC Leader In Taraba State, Receives APC Membership Card

 The Governor of Taraba State, Dr. Agbu Kefas, has officially received his All Progressives Congress (APC) membership card, marking his formal integration into the party.

The presentation took place at the TY Danjuma House, Jalingo, where the card was handed over to the Governor by the APC Hospital Ward Chairman, Wukari Local Government Area, Hon. Umaru Tanko.

In his remarks, Governor Kefas stated that receiving the membership card formally validates his identity as a party member, enabling him to participate fully in all APC activities. He also announced that the previously postponed official defection ceremony would be rescheduled and held in the near future.

Hon. Umaru Tanko, while presenting the card, described the Governor as a bona fide member of the party and expressed the APC's delight in officially welcoming him.

Speaking at the event, Taraba State Commissioner for Information and Reorientation, Barrister Zainab Usman Jalingo, confirmed that Governor Kefas is now a full member of the APC in Taraba State.

The ceremony was attended by members of the APC State Working Committee, led by the State Secretary, Hon. Fidelis Francis.

With his registration into the APC, Governor Kefas is now eligible to participate in all party activities and has assumed leadership of the party in Taraba State, resuming his role as the state's APC leader.
