Kasimu BELLO Maigari Supporters,Celebrate Supreme Court Victory

Supporters of Kasimu Bello Maigari who was declared the winner of the Jalingo,Yorro and Zing federal constituency by the Supreme Court recently h celebrate victory over the Apex court,

In Zing, it was a carnival like rally where residents trooped out in larged numbers to celebrate what they described as a victory for rule of law, also in Jalingo hundreds of the supporters converge at Barade Cinema
To express their happiness and satisfaction over what they described as a landmark victory for the democracy.
Speakers including Abdulrahman MUA'ZU, HARUNA UMAR Kafi, Kabiru INUWA among others who cannot hide their happiness during the occasion applauded the judicial as the last hope of the common man.

They described  Bello Maigari as a staunch party faithful whom they know raised his political career right from ANPP,CPC and now APC with proven integrity and party loyalty.
 according SANUSI Maigari a campaign coordinator of APC during the 2019 general election urged the rep member to give priority to his constituents stressing that they are tired of representative who forget them once they gets to Abuja.

 MALLAM Ibrahim Kaka affirmed that the people of Jalingo,Yorro and Zing federal constituency will begin to enjoy better dividend of democracy, urging the representative to hope bring various developmental projects to his peopl.
It would be recalled that Kasimu BELLO Maigari approached a federal high Court sitting in Jalingo After being aggrieved with the decision of the APC national working committee for their wrongful substitution of his name after being declared winner of the party primaries late 2018 to contest for Federal constituency and the high court in her verdict declared BELLO Maigari as the winner but was subsequently upturned by the Appeal court Yola in favoured of AMINU MALLE which made the decision of Maigari after being dissatisfied with the appeal court to land in Supreme for final determination of the matter and the apex court upheld the appeal in favour of the appellant at the end,as it's the matter has come to rest.
