Kefas, Tinubu Best Choices for 2027, Says Taraba Information Commissioner

The Taraba State Commissioner for Information and Reorientation, Barrister Zainab Usman Jalingo, has endorsed Governor Agbu Kefas and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the most suitable leaders for Taraba State and Nigeria ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Jalingo, who also serves as the state coordinator of the City Boy Movement, described both leaders as tested and result-oriented, stressing that their leadership styles are already delivering tangible benefits to citizens.

She particularly commended Governor Kefas for what she termed “people-centred governance,” citing the administration’s free education policy as a major intervention that has eased financial pressure on families across the state.

According to her, the initiative has enabled thousands of children to return to school, offering relief and renewed hope to parents who previously struggled with educational expenses. She noted that the policy is already reshaping the future of many households in Taraba State.

The commissioner further highlighted the administration’s agricultural drive, stating that ongoing efforts to boost farming and food production are improving livelihoods, especially in rural communities.

She added that enhanced security measures under the Kefas-led government have contributed to greater stability, creating a safer environment for residents and investors.

On the national front, Jalingo expressed confidence in President Tinubu’s leadership, noting that his policies are laying a foundation for long-term economic growth and national stability.

She argued that the combination of Governor Kefas’ grassroots impact and Tinubu’s national vision positions both leaders as the best choices moving forward.

Jalingo urged residents of Taraba State and Nigerians at large to support continuity in leadership, emphasizing that sustained governance would consolidate ongoing development efforts and deliver greater dividends of democracy.
