Sports Writers Hail Moyoyo’s Appointment into Taraba Sports Development Commission

The Taraba State chapter of the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN) has commended the appointment of its immediate past Deputy National President, Alhaji AbubakarAdamu Sadiqu Moyoyo, as a member of the Taraba State Sports Development Commission.

In a statement jointly signed by the Chairman, Jude Nuhu G., and Secretary, Charles Akpeji, the association described the appointment as a well-deserved recognition of Moyoyo'sunwavering dedication, professionalism, and remarkable contributions to sports journalism and development in Taraba State and across Nigeria.

The statement noted that Moyoyo's wealth of experience and passion for sports growth would bring immense value to the Commission and further strengthen Governor Agbu Kefas' vision of repositioning the sports sector in the state.

Taraba SWAN expressed confidence that his appointment would create new opportunities for youth development, talent discovery, and the overall advancement of sporting activities across the state.

The Governor of Taraba State, Dr Agbu Kefas, has approved appointments into the unbundled Taraba State Sports Development Commission and the Taraba State Youths Development Agency.
