Pamanga -Dakka Road To Be Completed By April- Gov Ishaku


 



Governor Darius Ishaku has called on people living along the axis of Pamanga Dakka of Taraba State to support contractor handling the road project in the area, saying the road project would be completed before the end of April this year.

 

 

The Governor was speaking when he inspected the Pamanga Dakka road in Bali Local Government Area of the State.

 

He posited that Geld Construction Company Limited handling the project is doing a great job hence the need for the support to enable them complete the job in good time.

 

Governor Darius Ishaku commended the contractor for engaging indigenes of the area in the construction work stating that it would give them a sense of belonging.

 

The Governor pledged to meet his bargain by providing funds to the construction company and as well beef up security for the safety of the workers and staff of Geld construction Company.

 

 

Commenting,Managing Director of Geld Construction Company Nabeel Esawi said the Company has worked on thirteen kilometer out of the thirty five kilometer road project awarded to the company.

 

The MD thanked Governor Darius Ishaku for awarding the contract to the construction company and people of the community for their support.

 

Esawi, expressed confidence on Governor Darius Ishaku to Flagg off and commissioned the road project before the end of his tenure.

 

On their part, indigenes who spoke during the visit applauded Governor Darius Ishaku for awarding the contract after many failed attempt by past Governors of the State.

 

They pledged to support the State Governor to succeed.

 

People from Pamanga Dakka needs to hieve a sigh of relief with construction of the road which is now a priority road of Governor Darius Ishaku after been abandoned since nineteen forty two,when completed the road will no doubt open up the area to economic activities and as well improve security.
