Lau APC Stakeholders Endorse Emma George For House Of Assembly

 Leading  stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress APC drawn from the 10 wards of Lau Local Government Area have  endorse Hon.Amb Emmanuel George (JP) to represent them at the state Assembly. 

 

The meeting which was held at the Jalingo residence of Hon Abdulhadi Haruna Lau had in attendance party officials and a representative from the state  APC Exco.

 

While welcoming them, Hon Hadi laid emphasis on the sacrifice they all made to see a better Lau, but all efforts were thwarted due to some selfish individuals who take delight in the sufferings of the masses.

 

He came before them with a humble request which is for them to support the candidacy of Hon.Amb Emmanuel George and which the house unanimously agreed I promise to make him their sole candidate.

 

Going further, He appointed Hon Buba Madugu as the Director General of the campaign council. 

 

In his acceptance speech, Hon Madugu pledge to walk tirelessly in seeing that Lau people are been liberated from the hands of selfish politicians.  

 

Hon.Amb Emmanuel George in appreciation speech, thanked each of them for honoring this call.

"I'm overwhelmed and lack what to say seeing the level of support and readiness gaining daily for this movement. I won't promise Lau people heaven on Earth, but I'll never let you down". 

 

 The APC Chairman of Lau local government area Hon. Musa Kwanchi speaking on behalf of his Excos said this is timely, because nobody has given the party relevance in the local government like they did.

He promised their unflinching support to the movement. 

 

Various speakers stressed the need for Lau people to give Hon. Emmanuel George their mandate as he is a Man who doesn't segregate and accept people irrespective of their religious differences.
