CNPP Wants Sadiq Abbas Tafida to Contest for Jalingo, Yorro, Zing Reps. in 2023


Coalition of  political parties in Taraba state has called on Prince  Sadiq Abbas Tafida to consider representing the people of  Jalingo, Yorro, and Zing Federal Constituency at the National Assembly in 2023 upcoming elections.

 

 

The political parties under the umbrella of Conference of Nigerian Political Parties CNPP during a Press Conference in Jalingo extolled the qualities of the Muri born Prince, stressing that he has displayed leadership potentials needed by the people at the legislative chamber.

 

 

Taraba State CNPP Co-ordinator Hon. Hamman Muhammad said after thorough analysis of the personality of Sadiq Abbas Tafida who over the years has expressed sincerity transparency resilience, patience and justice in his dealings deem it fit to ask him to represent the good people of Jalingo, Yorro and Zing  Federal Constituency at the National Assembly .

 

 

Hon. Muhammed said the people of the Jalingo, Yorro and Zing Federal Constituency are in dire need of creative leadership that would translate to more meaningful development.

 

"Sadiq Abbas Tafida is very creative with advanced ideas and modern knowledge which if could be put to used and implemented in our society, it will move the society into a greater height of development especially on the area of agriculture, education, health, infrastructure, entrepreneurship, and socio-economic wellbeing for the people Jalingo, Yorro and Zing Federal Constituency."

 

 

He added that Nigeria's democracy is going through challenges and need inclusion of young people to confront it, hence the call for the young Tafida to represent this class of people at the National Assembly.

 

 

in his remarks, representative of Sadiq Abbas Tafida at the press briefing, Paul Eli Mafindi said the call has been noted and wide consultation will began in earnest. 

 

He said the outcome of the consultation would influence the decision of Prince Tafida which will be made known to the people in due course.
