Supreme Court declares Bello Maigari Rep. Member, sacks Aminu Malle‎

 The Supreme Court has declared Hon. Kasimu Bello Maigari as legitimate candidate of All Progressive Congress (APC) as well as the member elect for Jalingo, Yorro and Zing Federal Constituency.

The Apex Court in its ruling on Thursday declared void the nomination of Hon ‎Aminu Malle as APC‎ candidate for not having the highest votes in the party's primary election. ‎

However, the Apex court has ordered INEC to issue a certificate of return to Kasimu Bello Maigari and Hon Mubarak Gambo from Bali Gassol Federal Constituency.‎

The Supreme Court had some weeks ago declare Gambo winner after sacking Hon. Garba Chede in same manner.‎
