Dr. Danjuma John Bags AEMPP Fellowship Award
The Secretary, School of Postgraduate Studies, Taraba State University, Jalingo, Dr. Danjuma John, has been awarded a Fellow of the Association of Educational Management and Policy Practitioners (AEMPP).
The investiture of the prestigious Fellowship was conferred on Danjuma at the 2nd International Conference of the Association, which held recently at the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka with the theme: "Digitalisation of Educational Management Systems".
National President of AEMPP, Prof. John Undie, while conferring the award, commended Dr. Danjuma for his exemplary administrative skills and significant contributions to the advancement of education in Nigeria.
He extoled Danjuma's reputation as a technocrat, citing his experience as Registrar at two leading institutions of higher learning: Taraba State University, Jalingo, Taraba State and the Federal College of Education, Zaria respectively.
Responding to the award, Dr. Danjuma expressed profound gratitude to the Association for the honour and privilege of being singled out to be recognized with the conferment of a Fellowship award.
Dr. Danjuma holds two Doctorate degrees from the University of Colorado and Taraba State University, along with a reputation as a dedicated gentleman. As a new member of the body of fellows, he will undoubtedly enhance the Association with his extensive experience and insights.
He belongs to many professional bodies where he has been found worthy of similar Fellowship awards. He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Association of Educational Administrator and Planning (NAEP); the Nigerian Institute of Administration; and the Institute of Corporate Administration among others.
