Councilor Frets Constitutes With Motorcycles, Mobilizes Youths To Fix Rural Road

 

The councilor representing Pupule 'C'  Ward in Yorro local  council of the state Ishaya Markus, has donated no fewer than six motorcycles to some youths in his ward.

 

The lawmaker also mobilizes youths in his ward to engage in community and social work by fixing a damaged rural road along kwaliyan to Manang Lakware axis in Pupule 'C' Ward.

 

 

The distribution of motorcycles, as made known by him, is aimed at  encouraging them to be self-employed and desist from migrating to the urban areas in search of white collar jobs.

 

 

Markus who was described as youths friendly councilor , was said to have being using his meager monthly amounts in spreading smiles on the faces of the youths in his ward, the situation which many testified had helped in reducing crimes in the area.

 

 

Speaking  at the presentation,  his media assistant,  Alfa Salisu Mohammed, said "Markus " has always cater for the youths of his ward by encouraging them to work hard to sustain their living especially in this critical period."

 

 

The councilor whom other youths from the are agreed has as well being extending his hands of friendship to other wards of the community, was said to have as well being carrying women and the elders of the community along .

 

 

Charging the beneficiaries to make judicious use of the motorcycles, he said , it has become necessary  to motivate our youths in the various areas of human development so as to engage them on different activities.
